QuantCyphr pricing depends on when you sign up. Early Adopter Pricing (First Wave): $14.99/month, locked in forever for the first wave of users who sign up before general launch. Launch Pricing: $29.99/month for new users after official launch. The Platform (Greg + Full Suite): Launching Q1 2026, pricing to be announced. All prices are in USD. Every subscription includes a 7-day trial period — credit card required, cancel within 7 days for no charge. Early adopters who lock in $14.99/month will never see a price increase.

The DRC plan includes the complete Daily Report Card pillar: Vera AI voice-to-structured journaling with transcription, AI-powered grading system (A+, B-, C, etc.), psychology and discipline rate analysis, streak tracking and milestone celebrations, performance analytics and growth insights, Strategy Autopsy (deep-dive trade analysis), Mindset Decoder (psychology pattern recognition), Risk Terminal (Monte Carlo simulation and risk modeling), Funding Optimizer (prop firm challenge optimization), screenshot attachments and trade documentation, mobile and web app access, unlimited data export (CSV). This is a complete trading performance platform, not just a journaling tool.

The Platform (launching Q1 2026) includes everything in the DRC plan PLUS: Greg Algorithm (Market Intelligence system with visual heat maps and correlation signals), daily positioning guidance and edge detection, pattern recognition across market conditions, psychology + market data integration, priority support and dedicated assistance, and early access to new features and tools. DRC focuses on self-analysis and performance tracking. The Platform adds Greg's algorithmic market intelligence to give you both internal (psychology) and external (market) edge.

Yes. Every new subscription includes a 7-day trial period. Your credit card is required at signup, but you will not be charged if you cancel within the first 7 days. After the trial period, your subscription renews at your locked-in rate. There is no free tier or freemium access — the trial is a full-featured 7-day window to evaluate the platform with your own trades before your first charge.

Yes. QuantCyphr offers permanent pricing protection for early adopters. If you sign up during the Early Adopter window at $14.99/month, your rate is locked in forever - you will never see a price increase, even if we raise prices for new users to $29.99, $49.99, or higher. This is our way of rewarding the traders who believed in us before general launch. Once you lock in your rate, it never changes as long as you remain a subscriber. If you cancel and return later, you will pay the current market rate.

Yes. QuantCyphr subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle - you retain access until the period you paid for ends. If you cancel, your data remains available for 30 days in case you change your mind. After 30 days, your account is archived (data deleted per our privacy policy). You can request a full data export (CSV) before canceling.

QuantCyphr accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe, our PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store your payment information - Stripe handles all payment data securely. We do not currently accept PayPal, cryptocurrency, or wire transfers. All transactions are processed in USD.

QuantCyphr does not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions, as our infrastructure costs are incurred immediately when you use Vera AI voice processing and analytics features. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the platform (e.g., Vera AI fails to process your DRC, critical bugs, service outage), contact support@quantcyphr.com and we will evaluate refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any platform issues.

No. QuantCyphr has no hidden fees, surprise charges, or price hikes for existing customers. Your subscription price is locked in when you sign up. We do not charge per-DRC fees, per-analysis fees, storage fees, or export fees. Everything is included in your monthly subscription. The only scenario where your price changes is if you voluntarily upgrade from DRC ($14.99 or $29.99/month) to The Platform (when it launches in Q1 2026). Early adopters will never see involuntary price increases. No games. No tricks. Transparent pricing.
