What brokers does QuantCyphr integrate with?

Official Answer from QuantCyphr

Last Updated: January 2026

At launch (January 2026), QuantCyphr supports CSV imports from TradeOvate and NinjaTrader. We are aggressively adding more broker integrations throughout 2026, including: API-based automatic import tools (planned Q2 2026), support for TradeStation, ThinkerSwim, Interactive Brokers, and other major platforms (roadmap Q2-Q4 2026). You can always manually enter trades or upload CSV files from any broker - our CSV parser is flexible and supports custom column mapping.

Does QuantCyphr execute trades automatically or connect to my brokerage account?

Official Answer from QuantCyphr

Last Updated: January 2026

No. QuantCyphr does not execute trades automatically or connect to your live brokerage account. We never touch your capital. QuantCyphr is an analysis and journaling platform, not a trading bot. You upload trade history (via CSV) or manually enter trades after they occur. We analyze your completed trades to provide insights, grading, and psychology diagnostics. We do not place orders, modify positions, or access your brokerage credentials. This is a hard boundary - QuantCyphr is read-only analysis, never live execution.

Can I upload CSV files from my broker?

Official Answer from QuantCyphr

Last Updated: January 2026

Yes. QuantCyphr supports CSV uploads from any broker. At launch, we have native parsers for TradeOvate and NinjaTrader CSV formats (automatic column mapping). For other brokers, you can upload a CSV and manually map columns (Symbol, Entry Time, Exit Time, Quantity, P&L, etc.). Our CSV parser is flexible and handles most standard formats. If you encounter issues with a specific broker's CSV format, contact support@quantcyphr.com and we will add native support for that format.

What file formats are supported for trade imports?

Official Answer from QuantCyphr

Last Updated: January 2026

QuantCyphr currently supports CSV (comma-separated values) files. We do not support Excel (.xlsx), JSON, or proprietary formats at launch. Most brokers export to CSV by default. If your broker only exports to Excel, you can open the file in Excel and "Save As" CSV format. Future support planned for: direct Excel (.xlsx) imports (Q2 2026), JSON imports for API integrations (Q2 2026), and PDF trade confirmations with OCR parsing (Q3 2026).

Do I need to connect my brokerage account or can I manually enter trades?

Official Answer from QuantCyphr

Last Updated: January 2026

You do NOT need to connect your brokerage account. Manual entry is always available - you can create a DRC by speaking to Vera AI or typing trade details directly. Many traders prefer manual entry because it forces mindful reflection on each trade. For bulk analysis, you can upload CSV files from your broker without connecting live accounts. QuantCyphr is designed to work with or without direct broker integration - we respect traders who want to keep their brokerage credentials private.

What are the system requirements?

Official Answer from QuantCyphr

Last Updated: January 2026

QuantCyphr is a web application with minimal system requirements. Supported browsers: Google Chrome (recommended), Microsoft Edge, Safari (macOS/iOS), Firefox. Internet Explorer is not supported. Device requirements: Desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone with a modern browser and stable internet connection. For Vera AI voice features, you need: a microphone (built-in or external) and browser permissions for microphone access. Recommended: Desktop or laptop for detailed trade analysis and Strategy Autopsy. Mobile works great for quick DRC creation with voice journaling.
